Tracking and Delivery

Delivery should take between 3-20 working days but may take longer due to the approaching Christmas season. Unfortunately, in most cases, no tracking information is available for this service. Exceptions are listed below.

While delivery is free anywhere in the world, all customs duties, sales taxes and other regulatory charges are payable by the receiver on delivery. You'll need to contact your local customs office for rates, exemptions, exclusions etc. as we do not have this information available to us.

Limited tracking is available to the following countries:

• Canada (www.canadapost.ca)
• Germany (www.dhl.de)
• UK (www.parcelforce.com)
• USA (www.usps.com)
• South Africa (www.postoffice.co.za)

Enter the consignment number (e.g. CC123456789NZ) shown in the shipping details section emailed to you in your delivery confirmation, into the tracking tool on the appropriate website. Consignment numbers are only provided for parcels greater than 2 kg (4.4 lbs).
